Embrace a New Perspective

Cognitive Analytic Therapy Hub provides individual online therapy sessions aimed at enhancing your understanding of yourself and your relationships, leading to a better quality of life.

Cognitive Analytic Therapy is a collaborative model used to treat mental health disorders, including low mood, depression, anxiety, trauma and relational difficulties. More than counselling this therapy combines a space to talk and process feelings with tools which drum down to the route of issues and provides you with a meaningful understanding to move forward with.

Our Approach

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) uses reciprocal roles to map, reformulate and revise difficulties over either 16 or 24 therapy sessions with follow ups, allowing clients to explore their emotions, relational patterns and symptoms. This collaborative process empowers individuals to make change in line with their needs and goals and continues to work after the therapy has ended.

CAT empowers clients to make meaningful changes in their lives. Our approach is rooted in building self-awareness, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being through professionally guided sessions.
